observed: main composer stayed Opus 5.5; PR composer changed to Opus 4.8.
PR follow-up and post-server-restart init model: claude-opus-4-8, same native session id.
UI selection back to Opus 5.5 emitted query.set_model; refusal context caused another native fallback.
Both Claude models refused the unsafe test request; no requested code or files were produced.
Blacksmith: 313 tests passed across ClaudeAdapterV2.test.ts and ProviderEventIngestor.test.ts.
