provider: real Codex gpt-6.1-sol through the local proxy
data: project and thread created through the web app; real provider responses; two queued messages created with ctrl+send while a real sleep command was running, then stopped through the app.
fault: temporarily renamed the isolated dev databases messages projection table, dispatched each command, restored table in finally. No rows were fabricated. Same app-created data on both heads. Only one dev server ran at a time.
