Not exercised: native Electron quit/update UI, macOS, Windows, iOS/Android, relay/tunnel.
Linux server SIGTERM/SIGINT finalization and web/Codex integration were exercised.
Healthy final shutdown took 1.241s total; the last telemetry send did not complete before the one-second flush budget, so this does not prove final-batch delivery. Background real endpoint sends returned HTTP 200.
