CLI detail: Before you can run Azure DevOps commands, you need to run the
login command(az login if using AAD/MSA identity else az devops login if
using PAT token) to setup credentials.
Add project > Azure DevOps repository: Setup Required, disabled.
GitHub and GitCafe stayed authenticated in both app runs.
Restored empty Azure organization default afterward.

LIMIT: no Azure PAT or account credentials were available. The original PAT-only
success bug, authenticated identity/viewer, no-authored-PR viewer, organization
precedence with two authenticated organizations, public anonymous payload,
Azure PR read/write, and transport failure were not verified against Azure.
No fake az, fixtures, mock responses or replay provider used for runtime checks.
Tests use their existing mocks and are supplementary evidence only.
Native mobile, Electron, macOS and Windows were not exercised.
