Original WSL/Tailscale bug could not be reproduced: required Windows desktop and WSL runtime absent.

Not verified: Windows desktop Connections UI, WSL NAT and mirrored networking, distro pinning,
Tailscale snap fallback, remote-tailnet pairing, Tailscale HTTPS, explicit LAN overrides,
probe-failure fallback, native mobile clients, and a provider turn on the PR head.
CI reported 30 successful checks, 0 failing, 0 pending; these do not prove runtime behavior.
