Created local-only project repositories through the web app. No mocks, replay data, fixtures, or database writes.
Normal turn committed a README baseline. A second real turn wrote a 2 MiB random file, z-gate and .gitattributes, set core.bigFileThreshold=1m and filter.slow.clean="sh -c 'cat; sleep 45'". The app's automatic final checkpoint ran real Git and reached the real 30000ms timeout.
