Observed: local upstream skipped fetch with no remote and with colliding feature remote. Remote upstream fetched local bare repo, client reported behindCount 1 and displayed Pull. Clicking Pull advanced checkout to c1c1a8f9af880001e31fd327dca91b3e1cf3619e and remote-only.txt contained remote change. No-upstream refresh returned hasUpstream false and no additional fetch.
