LIMITS
Commit-and-push setup completed through a real Codex turn (local bare origin, note.txt and push-target). The action itself was not run: after restarting the task-owned server to clear its five-minute origin cache, server/client requests stalled under VM load (>10 minutes). No conclusion about push or Create PR was drawn from that stall.
Native desktop/mobile, other providers, remote/relay/tunnel, external-host push and Create PR were not exercised.
No source changes, commits or pushes. No PR merged, closed, rebased, force-pushed or relabeled.
Task dev servers stopped; no task dev ports remain listening. Blacksmith worker had already stopped at cleanup.
