Observed UI: Running ping -> Stop generation -> Run interrupted / Stopped by user.
Native Claude transcript: tool_result is_error=true with user rejection text after Stop.
Claude Sonnet 4.6 used because the proxy rejects normalized Haiku alias.
Baseline tried Claude CLI 2.1.316 and 2.1.314: both persisted interrupted, so original failed-status regression was NOT reproduced live on current main.
PR tested with Claude CLI 2.1.316 and SDK 0.3.276.
Follow-up in same stopped Claude thread: printf succeeds; missing-path ls remains failed.
Codex gpt-6.1-sol turn succeeds on main and PR.
Stop and follow-up results survive PR server restart.
