DATA: created project through app; real Codex gpt-6.1-sol turn committed README.md and .github/PuLl_ReQuEsT_TeMpLaTe.TxT at a5eceda2f58c0a323e85afe78f6c25f4ae6fe85f.
Both environments used that same committed tree.
Main and PR web clients both completed real Codex turns.

Runtime commands below import the production GitVcsDriver, VcsProcess, template detector, and makeCodexTextGeneration, with real Node services and real Codex CLI/proxy. No fake subprocesses or fixtures. They are direct service calls, not the web Create PR RPC.

Neighbor checks, production detector + real git:
- Standard .github/pull_request_template.md in t3code: main and PR returned the same full committed Markdown template.
- Nested .github cwd: PR returned all three custom headings.
- Initial tree 07921b7 before template existed: PR returned null.

LIMITS: Create PR RPC/UI action was not invoked because it immediately publishes a PR and the brief forbids touching other PRs. Native desktop/mobile clients, other providers, other OSes, and full publication remain unverified. No product code changed.
The project creation dialog unexpectedly attempted publishing maria-rcks/template-verification; its push failed on SSH host trust. No extra PR was created. The rest of verification used local data only.
