Unverified in the running app: 32-tab cross-agent server ceiling; failed Chromium launch cleanup; pending-launch viewport changes; native Electron/iOS/Android; Windows/macOS; remote/relay/tunnel. Existing focused tests cover concurrency and failed launch cleanup but are separate from real-app proof.
