Result: UNVERIFIABLE. No changed runtime behavior exercised.
The change sets mac.executableName for packaged macOS artifacts. Linux cannot execute the macOS bundle or Squirrel.Mac. Dev builds disable automatic updates.
No main bug reproduction, dependency install, dev server, provider turn, packaging, test, or signed update was performed. A web/provider smoke check would not cover the changed path.
No code changes. No screenshots/video: no changed UI was exercised.
CI observed via cafe pr status: 27 successful, zero pending/failing; not independent runtime proof.
Needed on macOS: reproduce renamed-bundle update on main, then use signed real T3 builds and an update feed to test stable -> nightly -> stable install/relaunch, backend/remote reconnect and provider continuation, display labels, Dock entry, and existing Alpha/Nightly migration.
