setup: real project and codex gpt-6.1-sol turns created through the web app. source launcher supervises official t3 executables in isolated service home. no fake server, space probe or runtime.
fault: killed captured launcher process group when a real backup staging directory appeared. retained that artifact outside the backup root during same-id recovery, then restored it as an earlier update orphan. retained a real completed backup the same way.
