The changed Electron accelerator registration path runs in direct mode on macOS/Windows.
Original arrow registration failure, fixed registration, global activation, capture attachment, and neighboring shortcut behavior could not be exercised on this platform.
No end-to-end snapshot pass is claimed. No PR code changes or pushes.
