Limitation: the changed branch requires server host platform=darwin.
This Linux VM cannot reproduce macOS's original .bash_profile-loading bug or prove the fix.
No platform override, mocks, or claimed macOS before/after verification was used.
Windows, native Electron, iOS/Android, and other provider adapters were not exercised.
Linux results establish neighboring behavior only, not macOS fix verification.

Focused existing tests on exact PR head, via blacksmith-check:
