The production browser configuration disables Connect controls on a localhost
origin. A real hosted Clerk session is required for a relay-signed challenge.
No synthetic JWT, mock relay, fixture, or fabricated proof was substituted.
The clock-skew failure on main and acceptance on PR were NOT reproduced.
CI status observed: 29 successful, 0 failing, 0 pending.
