The test-t3-mobile skill requires stopping verification when T3 device tools or the selected device are unavailable. The changed hook belongs to the native mobile client; exercising the web client would not exercise this hook.

No main reproduction, PR runtime verification, provider turns, grace-expiry observation, or neighboring mobile behavior could be exercised. No screenshots or recording were captured because there was no running native client. No dev server was started, and no source changes were made.
