UI: custom-port hover shows MR title and Open state; click loads real description/branches/files. Command palette Link -> Show linked pull requests -> reopen loads same MR. Default-port GitHub hover and detail load PR #29011. Ordinary external link opens in separate browser page.

Blacksmith focused existing checks: 7 files, 276 tests passed.
CI observed at exact PR head: 29 successful, 0 failing, 0 pending.

Not exercised live: native mobile, Electron desktop, GitHub Enterprise custom-port installation, SSH transport ports, historical cache/key migration. Existing focused tests cover authority matching, legacy snapshot isolation, saved-link recovery and server service routing.
