Both ran vp i, then a background vp run dev, serially on ports 8693/16733.
All data was created through the web app, with real Codex gpt-6.1-sol turns.
Browser: repo Playwright 1.60.0 + /usr/bin/google-chrome.

Main, backend stopped: Settle and Snooze both showed 'is not connected'; thread stayed active.
PR, offline: both actions entered localStorage t3code:thread-triage-outbox with stable command IDs.
Un-settle and Wake now before delivery removed the local queue without sending commands.
Offline Pin failed and did not enter the queue.
Snooze replayed after reconnect; Pending became a wake time.
Settle survived replacement of the browser context with persisted cookies/localStorage/IndexedDB and a server restart; the original command ID was accepted once.
Online Wake now and Un-settle restored active placement.

Conservative conflict guard was also observed: stopping a live provider session added event 83,
provider-session.updated, after snapshot 82. Replay fcf4968f was rejected as stale, and server state won.
The later unchanged-state settle replay was accepted at sequence 89.
