The T3 Code server could not save this change because its database or disk is full (SQLITE_FULL). Free space on the machine running the server, then retry. If space is available, check the server logs for a database size limit.

Same-thread retry after freeing space: RECOVERY_OK
Read-only DB inspection: runs 1,2,4 completed; run 3 failed.
Client reload retained both SQLITE_FULL guidance and RECOVERY_OK.
Observation: the interrupted terminal row remains marked running after run failure and after retry. Its persisted item is also running. The message-only PR does not modify command cleanup. Not fixed in this verification pass.

Explicit base used because the disposable worker initially had shallow HEAD history; fetched PR history to establish the merge base.

Existing GitHub CI is not green: 18 cancelled checks and one failed aggregate Check job, whose log reports cancelled dependencies.
No source changes, commits, pushes, labels, merges, closes, rebases, or force pushes.
Not exercised: native mobile/Electron shells, macOS/Windows, other providers, other SQLite storage error codes in a live server.
