Recovery through real provider tools: preview_open -> snapshot -> navigate https://example.com (HTTP 200, Example Domain) -> snapshot -> close succeeded. html_render published and its heading displayed in the actual client.

Nearby limitation reproduced on BOTH main and pr through the same real provider/client path:
Headless Chrome could not render the page: the page did not finish loading within 20 seconds.
headlessChrome.ts has no diff between these heads. Successful html_preview screenshot capture remains unverified; browser launch and HTML publication recovered.

Blacksmith focused checks: 64 passed, 3 skipped (worker lacks headless shell).
