Checks: blacksmith-check run: vp test run apps/server/src/ws.test.ts => 16 passed. CI: 31 successful, zero failing/pending. No source changes.

Known baseline limitation: with a new main-only repo and no upstream, aheadCount=0 and the Push UI stays disabled. Opening Git action options itself refreshes status and can mask main failure. Server refresh verified; UI retry for this zero-ahead case remains unavailable on both revisions.
Not verified: native desktop/mobile, other operating systems/hosts/protocol errors, project grouping.
